Fleet
Fleet service in Hurricane
Fleet service is the same testing and repair when you depend on more than one vehicle for work. A missed fault costs more on a work truck than on a weekend car, because the vehicle is how the job gets done. We still find the cause before parts are replaced.
Same shop, more than one vehicle
There is no separate standard for a fleet vehicle. Domestic, Asian, and most European vehicles are the range. Diagnostics, maintenance, brake and oil checks, batteries, general repair, and programming are the same services, applied to the vehicle that is down. Call and tell us which one, and what it is doing.
Weekday hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, at 405 W 100 N, Unit D4, Hurricane. We no longer offer mobile auto repair, so we do not come to a job site. The vehicle comes to the shop. If it cannot be driven, have it brought in. We do not provide towing.
Why the diagnosis protects downtime
A parts swap that misses the fault puts the vehicle back in the bay, and the work it was supposed to do waits again. Testing until the cause is known is how the first repair is the one that matches the failure. We explain that cause in plain language so you can decide with a clear picture of what failed.
Maintenance keeps the rest of the vehicles from arriving as breakdowns. Oil and brake checks catch the items that take a truck off the road when they are ignored. If a service visit finds a real fault, that item becomes a maintenance repair, identified before it is sold.
Programming and mixed makes
Work vehicles are often a mix of makes. When a repair calls for programming, we can program most makes and models, which matters when a replaced module will not finish the job until it is configured. That step happens here, after the diagnosis says it is required.
Bobby is ASE certified in engine performance, HVAC, brakes, and steering and suspension, with more than 20 years of professional experience. Those are the credentials behind the work. Tell us how you use the vehicle if that changes the symptom: heavy idle time, dusty roads, or a lot of short trips.
